This place is an excellent base for sightseeing. The kitchen is well-equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, and dishwasher.

We had a relaxing stay in Buckden close to the Yorkshire Dales, quiet area and the pub. Its location was stunning and marvellous, 5 mins drive from Buckden Pike. Plus it was located in nearby villages.

I always return to this place. The staff was kind, bringing me a hot drink when I arrived. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, car park, kettle, TV, hiking. Can't wait to come back for Christmas.

I had a fantastic stay at The Dale! The location was stunning, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The accommodation itself was luxurious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and an amazing shower. I loved that there were fresh flowers and a basket of goodies waiting for me upon arrival. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met. I also appreciated the easy access to key in a key safe. The walks from the doorstep were breathtaking, allowing me to explore the surrounding woodlands and waterfalls. Despite the occasional loss of phone signal, it was actually quite refreshing to disconnect and embrace the peacefulness of the area. The only drawback was that the village shop was closed during my visit, but that was understandable given the off-season timing. I highly recommend The Dale for a wonderful stay in Buckden!

Wonderful mountain views from the apartment's terrace. It felt like I had my own private oasis amidst the stunning landscapes of Buckden. Sitting there, sipping a cup of tea, I couldn't help but be reminded of those postcards you see in travel brochures.
